Two releases on Dec. 15!

  One Golden Ring

  An Egyptian Affair

Described as "a golden romance," One Golden Ring (Book 2, Brazen Brides) is a Christmas book that is one of Cheryl's classic marriage-of-convenience stories. This edition features a new cover, but the story is the same which won Best Historical of 2005 (Holt Medallion). The print edition is once again available after being out-of-print for more than ten years.

A lot of Cheryl's faithful readers may already have read the red-cover edition of this heartwarming holiday book.

WARNING: Unlike Cheryl's newer books, this book is pretty spicy.

Here's what reviewers thought of it:

"Who can resist a marriage of convenience between a couple who have nothing in common but passion! One Golden Ring is an irresistible pleasure." Eloisa James, NY Times Best-selling author

"PERFECT 10! Totally delightful, beautifully sensual, and endearingly romantic love story."-- Romance Designs

"This has got to be the most PERFECT Regency Romance that I have read this year." 5 STARS Huntress Reviews

"A marriage of convenience turns passionate in Bolen's latest sinfully sexy Regency."--Booklist

"Not just a warm, toasty holiday tale, this novel is an emotionally touching romance." 4 Stars--Romantic Times magazine

My readers have asked for a new Regent Mystery, and I'm delivering in time for Christmas. An Egyptian Affair (Book 4 in the series) was released December 15.

Here are the details about Captain Jack and Lady Daphne's latest adventure:

A fresh romance with each new mystery . . .

While Captain Jack Dryden would lay down his life for the Regent, he draws the line at endangering his wife in the dark alleyways of Cairo-the place where the Regent's friend and procurer of antiquities has gone missing.

But Lady Daphne Dryden will not be denied the opportunity to see swaying palms, crumbling pillars, and soaring pyramids in exotic Egypt. She even insists on bringing her youngest sister, Rosemary, who's enamored of all things Egyptian. The Regent insists on sending Stanton Maxwell,  England's most imminent expert on Egyptology, as their interpreter and his own soldiers as their protectors.

Once in Cairo, Jack and Daphne begin their inquiries, inquiries which almost certainly cause the murder of one woman and the abduction of Lady Rosemary. Will Jack and Daphne's wits-and the unexpected bravery of Mr. Maxwell-be enough to extricate them from danger and unmask the evil-doers?

But her late husband held the clue to the identity of England's greatest traitor, a clue the Foreign Service must get at any cost. Edward will have to guard her night and day, but can he guard his heart?
